These rates do not include charges, which are payable by tenants:
- Electricity (EDF): billed according to actual consumption
- End-of-stay cleaning: €200
- Pets are welcome for an additional charge of €70 per stay.
- On request: interim cleaning with change of sheets and towels: €150
- Visitor's tax: per adult per day, according to current rates €2.45
- On request: the swimming pool can be heated, with a surcharge based on the
actual consumption
